The pop-up is for anyone who needs a fresh, professional image, including business owners, employees, entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, job seekers, students, speakers, and creatives.Your new headshot can be used for LinkedIn, company profiles, websites, email signatures, social media, marketing materials, and more.
When is the event?
The Lakeland Headshots Pop-Up takes place on October 23 from 5:00–8:00 p.m.There are no individual appointment times. You can arrive anytime during the event.
Where is the event taking place?
The event will be held at:ACA Business Club2525 Drane Field Road, Lakeland, FL 33811When entering the complex, take an immediate left, drive all the way down and look for a big "ACA Business Club" sign on the right.
How much does it cost?
Headshots are $25 when you register in advance or $35 at the door.Registering ahead is the best way to save and makes checking in at the event even easier.
Do I need to register in advance?
Advance registration is encouraged because it makes check-in quicker and helps us prepare for attendance.You do not need to select a specific appointment time. Once registered, simply arrive anytime between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m.
Can I register and pay at the event?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome. The walk-in price is $35 at the door.To receive the discounted $25 price, register and pay online before the event.
Do I need to reserve a specific time?
No. This is a drop-in event, so there are no individual appointment times.Simply arrive anytime between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. Guests will be photographed in the order they arrive, so there may be a short wait during busier periods.

How long will the experience take?
The photography portion is designed to be quick and convenient. Because this is a drop-in event, your total time may depend on how many guests are ahead of you when you arrive.
What should I wear?
Choose an outfit that reflects how you want to present yourself professionally. Solid colors and simple patterns generally photograph well.Try to avoid distracting graphics, very small patterns, or anything that takes attention away from your face. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel comfortable and confident.
What does “camera-ready” mean?
Please arrive wearing the outfit you would like to be photographed in, with your hair and makeup ready for the camera.This is a streamlined headshot experience, so hair styling, makeup services, and a changing area are not included.
Can I change outfits?
Because the pop-up is designed to be quick and efficient, outfit changes are not included. Please arrive dressed and ready to be photographed.If you need multiple outfits, additional looks, or a more customized photography experience, contact us to learn about our full headshot sessions.
What if I don’t know how to pose?
No problem! You don’t need any posing or modeling experience.We’ll provide simple direction to help you feel comfortable and create a headshot that looks confident, approachable, and professional.
How will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive 1–2 professional images through instant digital delivery by scanning a QR code that take you to a gallery page with your downloadable images. Your images will be easy to download and ready to use for your professional profiles and online presence. A team member will be able to assist if you have issues downloading.
Can I bring my entire team?
Absolutely! Teams are welcome to attend the pop-up together.If you’re looking for a more customized experience — with coordinated scheduling, more background options, consistent team images, or photography created specifically for your company—we can arrange a private headshot experience for your team.
